Hello! I am an Assistant Professor in the C. Herman Terry Risk Management and Insurance Program in the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. I recently graduated with my PhD in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

I am an applied microeconomist studying catastrophe risk, environmental economics, and health economics. My research examines how individuals, communities, and markets respond to natural disasters, particularly wildfires, and how policy interventions shape these responses. I focus on two areas: household responses to climate risk and the environmental determinants of health.
